“ Arabian Palace catered our wedding and did an AMAZING job! From the start, they met with us to discuss what we were hoping for and our budget, as well as any dietary restrictions. Maher and the rest of the staff were so kind, thoughtful, communicative, and honest with us. They were also extremely flexible in terms of timing and set up for the event. The food: INCREDIBLE. We had their chicken ouzi, falafel, fattoush salad, pita with hummus and baba ganoush, and the knafeh for dessert. All were so so so much better than the other caterer’s food we had tried. So many people at our wedding were impressed with the food, went back for seconds or thirds, and commented on how tasty it was multiple times. We had 80 people at our wedding but there was easily enough food for 100. This is a family-run business started by refugees from Syria who have worked to be able to start their own restaurant in Spokane. We couldn’t be happier to support them as they start their business, and encourage people to try their food! You won’t be disappointed. ”
“ The meal was exceptional and very affordable. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I recommend it to all of my friends. I’ve also had some catering through them, and it was very well received. The food arrived warm and without incident. Nice to find Halal food close in this area. The family who owns and operates the restaurant are awesome. The brothers who work in the front are kind, considerate, and helpful. ”
“ Delicious!!! SO TASTY you must try this place. Plus great gluten free dairy free selection. We have a mix of gluten and dairy intolerances so this was an excellent find. We had Lamb Ouzi, Tikka lamb, a wrap, a salad, saloona sauce, dakkous sauce, and a basbousa cake. Whole family, plus customers at the next table, all agreed everything was excellent and tasty. You can't go wrong with anything. For example, the Lamb Ouzi was very tender and flavorful. Served on rice with no wheat noodle bits (that's the common way to serve this rice). This came with the side of Saloona sauce, yum! The secret here is, Mom was doing the cooking! (I'm told Dad often is the cook) This is a family business. Their website is newly launched. ”
“ Excellent food and service. I had the lamb ouzi, which I've never tried before and it was simply amazing. My wife had the beef combo and loved hers as well. The portions were HUGE and everything tasted fresh. The hummus appetizer was also very good and a very large portion. We will be back. It's a new favorite. ”
“ I had the awesome opportunity to try the Beef shawarma from AP for lunch today. The beef was perfectly cooked juicy seasoned and a melt in your mouth tenderness. The beef shawarma meal is generously portioned and comes with deliciously seasoned, and perfectly fried crinkle cut french fries and pickled veggies along with two house made dipping sauces (tahini /garlic sauce). The house made sauces were perfectly balanced and enhanced the enjoyment of the already incredible experience. The restaurant was immaculate and well designed for a quick casual lunch or a nice dinner with your family. The staff was generous accommodating and kind the way only a small family owned local business is. I am so glad this place exists and look forward to them being a vibrant part of Spokane emerging ethnic food scene for years to come. ”
“ The food here is absolutely delicious—truly authentic Arabic flavors! The taste is incredible, Shish Tawook was packed with rich, aromatic spices. The rice was especially unique—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a genuine taste of Arabic cuisine. Will definitely come back! ”
“ Tonight I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with the fragrant rice and salad and also ordered a pita bread. When I tell you this place goes above and beyond I am not just saying it! Their food is so so fresh and delicious! When you're missing that home cooked flavor with perfect seasonings and the freshest of the freshest this is where you go! Everything is so flavorful each part of it it's layers of flavors! The rice is just to die for it is so delightful and delicious the chicken is so moist so well seasoned the salad was just so fresh it tasted like I just made it! And the pita was very large and delicious. This is about my fifth time going my son is obsessed with the baba ganoush here and I'm going to keep going back again and again it's very close to where I live and I absolutely love this place and recommend going to anybody that loves to eat great food it will not disappoint and you'll become a loyal customer as well! ”
“ Food was so flavorful. I got the lamb and it was falling off the bone. I also enjoyed the rice with all the extras. The nuts give it a nice crunchy texture. It came with a tomato sauce. I’m not sure what all was in it, but I liked it enough to pour the whole thing into my rice. Got the pistachio baklava. Yum! You can tell it was made fresh. Service was good and one gal looked like she was genuinely happy to be there. The place was clean, well lit, bathroom was also clean. Will go again! ”
